The Jasper is a mixed-use development located on the waterfront in Charleston, South Carolina. Along with an array of first-class amenities, the building’s 12-stories offer stunning panoramic views of the downtown area and Ashley River. One of the building’s main features is the rooftop oasis, known as the Star Deck. This amenity deck is home to a 32,000 square foot Hydrotech Ultimate Assembly®, kept watertight by Monolithic Membrane 6125®. RockCurb precast concrete curbing units were utilized to create landscape areas on this roof, a nice complement to the deck’s architectural pavers.
